Went to pay for my 30K truck service and the Cashier spent three minutes gawking at my water bottle while I was trying to pay, get my truck, and leave for an appointment. Finally, paid and the runner asked me if I saw my truck outside - the answer was "no." Outside, I saw my truck in the compound and he hands me the keys and says "bye." I get to my truck to find the seat plastic laying awkwardly on the seat as if it wasn't effective or used properly and feet paper and maintenance # paper still in the car. I grab it all and walk over to the trash can to throw it away. Back at my truck I start it up to find the stereo on and my display showing tire pressure for all four tires at different levels with none at the right pressure. My Inside Maintenance Representative quickly rectified the problem but in the process he chastises the maintenance Technician in front of me and this guy could actually care less. I don't want o come back here and am willing to Travel out of town to the next Chevy service Center. More

Lack of attention to detail I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned truck that had multiple issues within 1 week of ow I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned truck that had multiple issues within 1 week of ownership. The issues were very apparent right after I purchased it and the service departments lack of attention to detail or carelessness is definitely a factor. Further more, I went in with a pre-approved letter from my local credit union. I was asked if the dealership could run my credit to get me a better deal. I respectively declined and requested to go with my own credit unions offer. Once I sat down to sign my loan documents, the gentleman in finance told me that he ran my credit through other financial institutions to try and get me a better deal. The dealerships lack of communication has now negatively impacted my credit score. Lastly, I purchased the truck 2 weeks ago and I’ve had it in my possession for less than a week due to the service issues I’ve had to deal with. On a positive note, this dealership did help with getting me a good deal and working with me for what my credit union approved me for. More
