She called Enterprise rental and had them fax to her a more detailed rental receipt. Because I had arranged to and paid to have my car repaired after regular maintenance found there were damages to my car due to a road hazard, insurance will be relying totally on documents I submit for possible reimbursement. If it were not for the shuttle driver, I would not even have known that this was a covered incident. Brenda was my advisor several times in the past.
