I've dealt with some good, fair and a couple just horrible. However during this time Ernie Avalos has remained a constant. He is always patient,polite, accommodating in every way. He ALWAYS represent the dealership in an excellent manner. Hopefully his supervisor know what an asset Ernie is to the business. I found the other advisor that day to be nice . Camaro ZL1 I purchased a new 2019 Camaro ZL1. The purchase experience was great. I got a great deal on the car and on my trade in. A week later the turn signal w I purchased a new 2019 Camaro ZL1. A week later the turn signal went out and went in early to get it checked and replaced, was told that it couldn’t be done that day so now I have to wait another week to get my turn signal looked at. That is the only bad experience ive had there. Would of given five stars but three because of the turn signal. More

Listened to what I was looking for and met my needs I do recommend this dealership. My first visit was spent with Alex and he showed me the different trim levels of the 2019 Traverse so I could figure o I do recommend this dealership. My first visit was spent with Alex and he showed me the different trim levels of the 2019 Traverse so I could figure out which trim had the amenities my wife wanted. My second visit was with Josh and he had my wife test drive an AWD Traverse 3LT because it had everything we wanted. As we expected, the correct monthly payment and overall price of the car could not be agreed upon during that visit. As I shopped around and began working deals with other dealerships, Alex diligently tried to help with the numbers. I know that I was not the easiest customer because we also wanted to trade in a vehicle that we were upside down on, but I have purchased many cars and knew the dealership would make money regardless. We were very close to the numbers I wanted but then I made a deal with another dealership. Alex went to work again and got me the same deal but his vehicle was better because it had the black accent package. We went to the dealership one last time to finalize it and we have been thoroughly enjoying our Traverse since! More
