I never feel like I'm being pressured with an upsell of unnecessary services; just about every appointment has been for the requested service only. Once when I first moved here, they pointed out needed early filter changes (no surprise since the vehicle travelled multiple times Chicago/Denver or Chicago/San Francisco just before the move.). Another time, they brought to my attention unusual tire wear that again was somewhat expected based on changing driving patterns/conditions. Overall, each appointment has been very timely and pleasant from scheduling through pickup/payment. More

Very poor knowledge and follow up Bought a new truck and had a terrible experience. The Sales Associate (Manny) was personable but the Sales Manager (David) did not know the requiremen Bought a new truck and had a terrible experience. The Sales Associate (Manny) was personable but the Sales Manager (David) did not know the requirements of the rebates that Chevy was offering. Communication about rebate requirements was extremely poor. We received follow-up one week after purchase for additional documentation that was never asked for by Sales or Finance. Further we received a follow-up a week later from Finance wanting to renegotiate the deal because what Sales had agreed to originally didn’t meet Chevy rebate requirements. Further Finance indicated they would not register the truck with the DMV unless we redid the deal. Meanwhile we they had a deposit check and trade-in from us, as well as a signed financing contract. We escalated to Mo, Senior GM, and he had the Dealership Sr. Finance Manager (Toby) get involved and he did resolve our issues and apologize. We appreciated his involvement but the entire experience was a disaster. Additionally our inquiries to Service to see if a 110 outlet can be installed have gone in answered. I raised this request to Manny early on and also Mentioned to Toby no one has assisted with this inquiry. My last text to Manny about getting in touch with Service resulted in a reply back that “not sure what’s going on, you might give them a call.” I have tried calling numerous time....I have left multiple messages with the Operator, but no phone call back.....still no one has responded. Extremely frustrating and other than Sr. Manager involvement that was positive....all other interactions have fallen very short. Certainly will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
Took 3 hours and my truck came back with oily hadprints! I took my 2018 3500 HD Denali DRW in for the “complimentary” oil change. I also asked for the fuel filter to be changed. When I made the appointment, I was told I would be out in under an hour. I agreed and made an 8:30 am appointment. When I dropped my truck off, it was about 8:15. So far, so good. Time passes...and passes. At 10:00 I told them I had another appointment to get to and when would my truck be ready. I was told “soon”. At a few minutes after 11, my truck was ready. Since I was late, I paid and left. Later in the day, I noticed an oily handprint on the drivers side running board. This led me to look closer and I saw oily prints on the drivers door handle, the paint, the drivers door panel and steering wheel. Since I was headed out for a month long trip with my RV, I just cleaned it as best I could and went on my way. Then, I checked the fuel filter service indicator and saw it had not been reset. This led m to wonder if the work had actually been done (this was the only part I actually paid for). In short, over time, and clearly sloppy work. I’ll never be back. More

Over priced and left my car dirty Had my girlfriend take my car here while I was at work. She tells me it’s $90 dollars for them to change the oil. $90 dollars for a standard oil chang Had my girlfriend take my car here while I was at work. She tells me it’s $90 dollars for them to change the oil. $90 dollars for a standard oil change is robbery when I’m used to paying 54 dollars which includes inspection, tire rotation, etc at Folsom Chevy. Here they said that would be an extra 100 dollars. What really pissed me off though was the fact they left there dirty xxx rags, plastic and paper in my car. More

The diagnosis was quick and even though there was a delay of the delivery of the parts necessary for my repairs, they stayed in communication with me on a DAILY basis even to say things were the same. They dealt with both the warranty and insurance companies and the car rental through them couldn't have been quicker or easier. I dropped my car off and drove off in a rental within 30 min or less if I recall correctly. Nothing but great things to say about them! More
