Truly the Worst Service Ever I took my 2017 Buick Regal in get get an oil change and the 22,500 mile maintenance on Tuesday March 3. Things seemed to go ok then Francisco Bracamo I took my 2017 Buick Regal in get get an oil change and the 22,500 mile maintenance on Tuesday March 3. Things seemed to go ok then Francisco Bracamonte , the service advisor told me that one of the technicians detected a small leak in one of the oil pans and asked me to bring the car in. Francisco told me that I would have to leave the car at the dealership for about a day but that I could pick up the car later that same day. I brought the cat back early Friday morning at about 9:20am. Then Francisco told me that I could have the car Saturday morning instead of later that Friday afternoon. I told him that would present transportation problems for me so he said that the car would be ready Saturday morning at 9am. He also promised to call me Saturday when my car would be ready. I never heard from Francisco so I called Dublin Buick at 11:30 and some other service adviser told me that my car wouldn’t be ready until Monday or Tuesday. When I asked for Francisco they told me Saturday was his day off. I asked for the service manager and they said he was also off that day. So I was lied to by Francisco and probably the other service advisers who didn’t want to help me at all. I’ m trying to get this car ready for the inspection since the lease ends on April1st. But these guys don’t care and so I don’t know when I’m going to get the car back. I’ve never experienced such dishonest, arrogant, and unprofessional service in the 35years of buying or leading cars. I am very angry about this. More

Our G25 is our go to vehicle for all our local, routine trips and it performs admirably. The Service Team checks everything needed to be checked as they KNOW the Infiniti vehicle products BETTER than anyone in the service industry, and are the most thorough. We purchased our G25 2011 model from this dealership and continue to have them service our vehicle as our BEST service choice. Thank You Dublin Infiniti.
