I wish I could rate the person who helped me in the service department separate from the overall service. Interesting that my check engine light came on the day after I left the service center. I went in for an oil change, they of course gave me a list of everything they checked in the "complimentary inspection" all was green except for rear breaks, I drive home, next morning start my car and the check engine light comes on........ Also, they were unable to wash my car due to the car wash being down and did not offer for me to come back another time for "complimentary car wash". The oil change took 2 hours and 15 minutes, and I had an appointment! the shuttle driver commented that Infinity customers don't ever call for a ride, only the service advisors call for their customers, so they were surprised when I called and asked to be picked up at infinity. Not impressed at all. I will try to find another service place for my JX35. More

Had to bring the car back twice to get the job done right. Bought my Acadia 1.5 years ago. Have had 2 repairs (battery and shift to park error). Each time I have had to bring my car back twice because the job was not done correctly the first time. The explanation from customer service each time is protocol requires us do the repair in stages. If stage 1 does not solve it, customer will bring the car back, and then do stage 2. It is a big hassle to have to bring the car back twice within 24 hours to get the job done right. I understand customer service is following the protocol but this ends up to be a terrible customer experience. Do the job right the first time! Don't cut corners! Hue (front desk) was very friendly so he deserves a great rating. However the process or system has to change. Maybe someone needs to review and sign off on the mechanic's work. More
