Difficult to make appointments & get information It took me 4 phone calls over 4 days just to make a service appointment. Sadly, that is a normal experience. Everyone I speak to says this is not unusual and they "are working on it." It's been an issue since you opened, so clearly this is not a priority. I guess since you are the only Infiniti dealership within 40 miles, you don't have to fix the issue. When I call service they should be able to pull up my records and tell me if I need service. If someone has to call me back (which is ridiculous), they should call. I should not have to place daily calls to answer a simple question and make an appointment. I am driving my fourth Infiniti and all of my former dealerships provided great service. My lease is up July 1. At this point, I will be looking at other brands, dealing with service issues just isn't worth it. More
Not sure if they were short staffed or what . . . customer service was not to a level of other Cadillac dealerships. Had to bring the car back to fix something that was an easy thing to check if it customer service was not to a level of other Cadillac dealerships. The cashiers were were 5 star. My wife and I have been looking at new cars - will look else where. More
