No longer impressed with service I have had my car serviced by infinity since 2003 and have followed them from Pleasanton to Livermore and back. I’ve previously been pleased with service, though by far the best service was when the dealership was on Rosewood. When I asked how long the wait would be for an oil change, I was told it would be quick. It was almost two hours later before my car was ready. Had Mike not jumped in to get my car cleaned, it wold have even been longer. Accolades to Mike for his customer service! He wasn’t even my service attendant. Had it not been for him and the young man who processed my payment, the rating would have been rated lower. It is also extremely rude when service attendants constantly divert their attention to other conversations rather than focusing on the person who they are supposed to be helping. I literally lost count of the number of times this occurred when getting my car checked in. What should have taken a couple minutes actually took longer and became very frustrating when everything else appeared to more important than completing my paperwork. In all the years I’ve had my car serviced at the dealership, I’ve never experienced such disappointing customer service. More
