Paid $200 for a check engine assessment on a Saturday, my only day off. Turned out to be a broken coolant heater. Told all services complete, paid $1,900 for repairs and 150,000 mile tune up. When I received the car back, the check engine light was still on! Shop did a quick assessment only to tell me that the check engine light was for the coolant heater again. Was then told that Volt specialist was gone for the day and I would have to bring the car back again. Very frustrating. Service representative showed decent customer service, especially when the mechanic is the one who did not complete the final check to find the error, but could have made things better by offering to at least refund the $200 check engine light assessment. More
