I was not happy with my latest service. I had an appointment that no one could find and service took too long. Almost 2.5 hours for an oil change. They said my tire were rotated but the tire pressur appointment that no one could find and service took too long. Almost 2.5 hours for an oil change. They said my tire were rotated but the tire pressures were still low when they gave me the car back. Shouldn’t that have been done? I just didn’t feel that the Chevy personnel felt that my service was that important this time and I feel that for the amount I paid I may as well take my service elsewhere. More
