Communicaation is below expectation I was told that the replacement part should be delivered by Thursday and car should be ready by Friday. When I hadn't heard from anyone by 3PM on Fri I was told that the replacement part should be delivered by Thursday and car should be ready by Friday. When I hadn't heard from anyone by 3PM on Friday I called only to have the phone ring and ring in the service department. After multiple attempts with the service department I finally ended up with an operator who took a message and said I would receive a call back. No call back on Friday. I called on Saturday am and again left a message and finally received a call back indicating the car would be ready by 4pm. Received a call at 4:10 indicating the car was done and arrived at the dealership at 4:30. While the car was done, the paperwork was not and required another 10 minutes for the customer service to complete it while I waited (note all three customer service reps were having what appeared to be a non-related conversation when I arrived, so no excuse for the paperwork not to be complete). This is now my third trip to this dealership with very similar experiences each time. I have never pushed them to return the vehicle faster than what they commit to, but I do have to make plans to both drop off and pick-up and be without the vehicle and their lack of communication is very inconvenient. They don't understand that although this is a car service business, the service advisors are really just customer service. They would do much better to under commit and over deliver, then over commit and under deliver with no communication which seems to be the norm here. More

Worst customer service Well after buying a 2019 chevy traverse from Dublin Chevrolet October 15, 2019 I have never had the worse customer service from a dealership before. Well after buying a 2019 chevy traverse from Dublin Chevrolet October 15, 2019 I have never had the worse customer service from a dealership before. When purchasing my car there was some damage done to the bumper from a previous test driver or whatever the cause was, I was told they would replace my bumper as wrote in our contract. It took 12 weeks for a bumper to come in their customer service rep named Rachel has by far the worst customer service ever. She never calls back for an update , she never in the office during normal business hours, she has given excuse after excuse. Last time we spoke was January 3, 2020 10 days after calling to talk to someone else and still never called us. We spoke to a parts manager today named Hector and was able to look up our "DUE BILL" which was told the bumper would be in tomorrow and have a sales manager contact me to set up my appointment to bring my car in to be fixed, detailed and be given my weather floor mats that were not in my car when I bought it as it was missing the front 2 mats and rear cargo area. Then I get a call from the sales rep named Michael, that sold us the car he goes to tell me the bumper is there and the mats will be there tomorrow. I was promised a rental car as well until my car is fixed. My rental car was dirty with trash and pet hair all over it and was told I have to put gas in it as they are not going to put anymore gas in the rental. The sale manager never even came to talk to us or even apologize for the poor customer service I have received in anyway and every person we talk to has no clue who this Rachel is and doesn't bother apologizing for what we have gone through so. after taking my car in to be fixed on January 13, 2020 never received a call or an update on my car so 3 days after dropping my car 1/16/2020 I called to see what the status of my car was and spoke a Debbie in the service department which she was really helpful. She couldn't find my info in the system besides by my VIN number. She was able to find it and was going to have a service adviser call me. Then I received another call from an adviser didn't catch his name and told me my car was ready. After confirming all the other issues were resolved with my car ( detailing, scratches, and floor mats) I was told it was. After showing up to the dealership my rear cargo area mat was not in my car for the floor mat, The scratches on the door were not buffed out or fixed and got attitude from the adviser that gave me my paperwork. And when I explained that I was still missing a floor mat he said he would look into it as I showed them my car window sticker that stated what floor mats I had already paid for and it was not there and I was tired of dealing with this issue for 12 weeks. I had to wait at the dealership for over an hour before the rear cargo mat was found and installed in my vehicle. Completely unacceptable for anyone to have to go through the worst customer service I have ever dealt with I will never be coming back and I will let others know of this horrible experience so others will not purchase come to this dealership to prevent same problem to happen to others . Lack of communication from my service advisor! I dropped off the vehicle shortly after 7 am. He didn’t know the status and said he would walk out to check on the status and call me right back. I waited and waited and called again after 4:30pm and he still seemed to not know what was going on and said you were going to have to keep it overnight. This was very disappointing since I explained I needed it that day. I had read the codes from the OBD II and listed them for you on the initial paperwork. A simple O2 sensor should have been done that day. So the next day I don’t hear anything from you guys so I had to call again to inquire about the status. My service advisor wasn’t there so I talked to another one who said oh it looks like that has been done for a while, nobody called you? By this time I was pissed off. I asked him to read me off the services that were completed because by now I lost all trust in your dealership. This was a warranty issue so I had to take it to you! Anyway he read off the service and then I found that you charged me $103 and change for an oil change when I was quoted the $79.95 when I brought it in!!! I am sick and tired of you jacking me around. So after informing the service advisor of the quote he changed it. More

Had hot oil smell and expected to be charged for the issue. Checked in with Lincoln who processed me quickly and corrected the issue within a hour.
