They actually listened to what I wanted, vs Fremont GMC which just tried to sell me anything, and was actually priced much high price from the start. EXCELLENT WORK! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I recently had questions about trading in my car and i had so many people call me about my inquiry. But for some reason Frankie a EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I recently had questions about trading in my car and i had so many people call me about my inquiry. But for some reason Frankie at this dealership stuck out the most when he called me. He was very helpful and understanding about my questions and concerns. At some point of my visit I told him i think ill be leaving home in the same car i came in with to my appointment and he said oh no your not you'll see... and sure enough i left with a car that was EVERYTHING i asked for. Frankie was so helpful and professional i would definitely recommend family and friends to this dealership and will definitely be back in the future!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FRANKIE!! They cracked my windshield I brought my car in for a recall after I received an email from them stating there was a recall. When I got there the service person said there was no I brought my car in for a recall after I received an email from them stating there was a recall. When I got there the service person said there was no recall, so I asked them to align the front end. When I picked the car up, which I purchased from Dublin Cadillac, I got 2 blocks away and realized my windshield was cracked. it was fine when I dropped the car off. I drove back to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager, Mike, and after some uncomfortable dialogue, he asked what I expected of them. I said that I expected not to have a cracked windshield and I expected them to replace it. He said he needed to speak with his boss. he left to speak to his boss and returned about 10 minute later and said they would replace the windshield. He said he would order the windshield and call me when they got it and schedule an appointment with me. That was 13 days ago and I haven't heard a word from them. I called them a couple of times and have received no return call. At this point I have no idea what is going on. I guess I will need to drive to the Dublin Cadillac to resolve this.
