Bad service We've owned our Infiniti for about 5 years. And I have only and always taken it to Infiniti for any work or oil change needed. Slowly, over time, the service seems to have lost respect for their customer's. I'm not surprised Concord store has closed. Perhaps a sign your business is not going too swell. Kyle Jensen gave my husband poor attitude when he asked for a loaner car. Kyle said we did not reserve one and that is not correct. And just continued to talk down to him. I requested a loaner from Miguel when I came in to book my appt. He explained if it was just an oil change, no loaner car. If more service needed, rental car is first come first serve. We arrived at 8am. You had my car 7 hours. Im pretty sure that applies to getting a loaner car. Not so apparently. When I was called that my car was ready I asked if they did all the standard things, like rotate my tires. They said no they didn't. They also did not wash my car - said the car wash was broken. That's what they told me last time also. After they rotated the tires, a gentleman named Shamus called to let me know the car was ready, and he was pleasant. I and my husband have been looking for a used SUV for a week. And we couldnot find the good car with a good deal. Yesterday We found Nissan Rouge SL by google. We were exhausted driving around to find a week. And we couldnot find the good car with a good deal. Yesterday We found Nissan Rouge SL by google. We were exhausted driving around to find a best car, like Carmax, hertz and else. And this place was supposed to be the last visit to car sales for this month. We almost gave up. And Ivan helped us very friendly with respect. He was so professional and assisted us to fill forms and explained the details when we asked. No push. Finance process was smooth, all paper work was even faster and organized. We visited at 7PM and left 9PM with the new car ! We owe them for overtime work. They close at 8PM. We drove out of town to look at used vehicle (our third dealership) by scheduling an appointment over the phone. It was exciting to pull in and immediately see the vehicle, without walking around vast lots in search. He welcomed us and shortly behind him, introduced us to Omar. Omar brought the keys and stayed with us the entire time while we got to know the car. He was personable and informative! Whatever information we asked for he either knew or immediately looked up for us. He was very efficient and friendly. We wanted to make sure our drive was worth it so we spent a lot of extra time with the car. Omar was very understanding and patient of our requests! He worked with us every step along the way and we are more than to have bought a car from him. Don’t wait until your third trip to a dealership, just head straight here and let them take car of you.
