A satisfied customer. Overall, I am satisfied with the service at Dublin Infiniti. However, I am very unhappy with Infiniti Corporate who forced my Concord Neillo Infiniti Overall, I am satisfied with the service at Dublin Infiniti. However, I am very unhappy with Infiniti Corporate who forced my Concord Neillo Infiniti out of business rather that they Neillo spend millions to remodel a perfectly fine dealership that was doing a terrific business and servicing Infiniti cars from the thousand of Infiniti customers here in the East Bay. Infiniti has done this to other dealerships and has caused their customers to have to travel significant distances for service, in my case over 30 miles. Also, I now have to wait for service to be performed whereas before, Concord Niello would shuttle me home and back during service. In summary, I will not be purchasing Infiniti automobiles in the future and will be advising friends and relatives to do the same. More

Excellent Service. My problem was fixed and I felt confident that Seamus Conner was able to handle the battery issue I had.
