Bad experience I took my truck to get service at dubling chevrolet and after 3 days they told me that my truck have a problem wiht the transmission but they said tha I took my truck to get service at dubling chevrolet and after 3 days they told me that my truck have a problem wiht the transmission but they said that I have to drive the truck until the transmission go bad so they can check it out and paid 400 dollars diagnostic and 115 dollar of a rental vehicle for nothing..I m so mad..because I left mesage to the service manager and I haven't got any call back jet it was a very bad experience. And waits of money. More

Lacking customer service skills Disappointed in this dealer since purchasing my car here in 2018. But this last service appointment sealed the deal for me to never return. I scheduled a service using the online scheduler. Showed up at my scheduled time to hear “we never schedule that service this late in the day” (2 pm on a Thursday). And also heard “someone should of called you but we can try, they are gonna be mad!”....really, you needed to add that in? After waiting in the lobby 3 hours & 40 minutes I received a text that my car was completed. I went to retrieve my keys and the service guy says “it’s done but those GUYS WERE PISSED OFF”. I really don’t need to hear that information. I gave you multiple opportunities to tell me to reschedule for another day but instead you choose to insult me multiple times. I had stopped taking my car there for services not long after purchase because once you buy the car they pretty much want nothing more to do with you. Emails & calls with questions go unanswered. I always thought dealerships were so helpful & courteous but Dublin GMC is only helpful when they want to sell you a vehicle. Sad to say, I won’t be back! More

Ended up driving a different car to simulate the experience 2- second visit to drive intended car, keys were taken away due to online last minute sold status 3- drove a different car to find out had a battery issue 4- Third identified car was not found on lot due to employee use 5- worked out a deal on a fourth car and set up an appointment for the following morning to sign final papers and have the following corrected ( replace a damaged wiper, install a roof rack, weather floor mat & car detailed) to be disappointed again for nothing was done. 6- approached general manager after over an hour of wait in the lobby to find out finance is halted due to encountering a server access issue. 7- drove to the bank to provide a certified check to expedite the process. 8- called dealership to request an owner manual since it was missing, plus a schedule to install forgotten weather maps and so far been ignored. The one common issue with all of these items is miss communication internally and to costumer which manifest in mismanagement and lack of time respect. More

Great service, very helpful I had a great experience with my sales person and sales manager. They were helpful and very friendly. However they almost lost my sale due to Lenard a I had a great experience with my sales person and sales manager. They were helpful and very friendly. However they almost lost my sale due to Lenard aka “Lenni” the “financial” guy. He was just old school shady cat sales man! Super pushy and just disrespectful. When I told him I’m in sales as well, I’m not a pushy salesman and I don’t like to be pushed he yelled at me “have you been in sales your entire life!?” When I told him I didn’t want the gap insurance he got upset and asked “why! Why would you want it !?” Instead of explaining why I SHOULD have it. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the warranty they offer so I asked him if I could add it later on he said “sure but I’m not going to help you when you come back” at that point I told him I’m just NOT going to purchase period and I pushed the paperwork away. That’s when he got EXTREMELY upset and started yelling “WHAT!? No! I already have the dmv paperwork done! It’s registered you can’t do that” but I just left. Luckily my salesman Miguel came running out to my car and asked what was wrong, after explaining he said there was another financial guy his name was Raul. I agreed to finish the deal with Raul who was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I did end up getting the warranty because Raul explained it very well. If you plan on purchasing from here make sure you don’t deal with LENARD as it will ruin your ENTIRE experience. More
