Service department was great, the cashier dept. not so The service rep. Anthony was great, kind and easy to work with during our visit. The cashier was not so great. Tried to pronounce our last name which is fairly easy and butchered it. In the process made a statement "oh however you say it but they are here to pick up their vehicle" when talking to the service rep.. Not professional at all. This is unfortunate as the cashier is typically the last person you talk to when picking up your vehicle. The stars below are for the service department and mechanics only, not the cashier. The cashier would receive zero stars if there was a separate scorecard for their department. More

Patience I am glad and appreciative that Cadillac and specifically Mike took care of us on this one. I had wheels on my 2016 Escalade ESV that were pealing pre I am glad and appreciative that Cadillac and specifically Mike took care of us on this one. I had wheels on my 2016 Escalade ESV that were pealing pretty bad, seemed like a defect but I followed the recommended process and had them re-done first. After that the pealing continued Mike submitted a case for warranty replacement and after a bit of waiting it was approved and new wheels were provided. So this service was to put on the new wheels and I also purchased new tires as well. This was a very busy day and I appreciate Mike following through with a request I had to take a photo of the new wheels before installation just as an extra feel good before they were installed. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it. More

I will never return. I left my car for major service. No loaner car was offered. This is already fail. One day after this service, the splash guard under my car detached and started banging against the freeway. This is because the Infiniti service technician failed to fasten the splash guard. Two bolts remained on the splash guard. They were only "finger tight." I will never buy an Infiniti product again. More
