It appears that you are understaffed in the shop and/or the communication between service managers and mechanics is spotty. I like the folks there - but do not have confidence that the work is going to get done when promised. Of the three service appointments I have had for my Volt, two have taken multiple days due to unexpected delays and disconnects within your service department. This has been the case over the last two years. In contrast, my GMC and BMW service experiences are always reliable. I never think twice when taking my other vehicles into those dealerships. My 2014 Q50 Hybrid break work I drove from my home in Mountain View to Dublin Infiniti to have the rear rotors resurfaced and their tech did an outstanding job! The grinding sound I drove from my home in Mountain View to Dublin Infiniti to have the rear rotors resurfaced and their tech did an outstanding job! The grinding sound is gone and the car is a dream to drive! My Service Assistant was professional and courteous. I would recommend other Infiniti owners to bring their cars there for service. More
