A few hiccups but all resolved. There were some issues with the tire/wheel warranty and what it did or did not cover. Perfect, as usual! My 2014 wasn't performing to my liking at the low temperature /high elevation of Lake Tahoe . Right after the trip I texted my concerns to Lincoln - My 2014 wasn't performing to my liking at the low temperature /high elevation of Lake Tahoe . Right after the trip I texted my concerns to Lincoln - my maintance manager , and scheduled dropp off on the day of my convenience . As usually, within 6 min , the take-in was finalized . I got help with transefing my belongings to the "loaner " and was on my way. Very smooth process ! - one of the most important aspects of servicing my viachele at this particular service center . All issues and concerns were addressed within a day , battery was changed on my demand, and my car is performing to my liking again! More
