Just the worst service ever! My truck was in the service department for 34 days. In that period I went three weeks without an update or ETA of when my truck was going to be ready. I called and left several messages then finally getting hold of my service representative. It was excuse after excuse and still after requesting some other service upon the fix that was already happening... what I requested never got taken care of! I won't be using this service department ever again!!! More
