Took it in again and they said nothing was wrong. Mind you, we have two small children and it has been a total hassle to have to go rent a car etc while ours is in the shop. Transmission is still jumping a ton from 1st to 2nd gear. Had one very rough jump last week. I'm going to have to speak with a service manger now. Total inconvenience and crazy I'm having these problems with a car this new. Plus, when we brought it in the first time it took them over a day to even start looking at it. Oh and we had our oil change done when we were there. They forgot to charge us so have been calling us to pay (umm your fault- should be on the house with all they have put us through!). But I still haven't gotten a call back from their service manager about my concerns my transmission is shot and they are pushing it under the rug. UNREAL. Shows where their thoughts really are- about $$$$ not about helping me with my transmission! More
Check engine light The check engine light came on and as it was a Sunday I had it checked at O'Rileys Auto. The code came up as catalytic converter and oxygen sensor. Lucky for me this was covered under the warranty and they were able to fix it and I had my vehicle back Tuesday morning. More

The service technician was a little preoccupied. He lost my Service would take two hours. Call me on my cell phone. When I return he claimed he called me but I had no falls on my phone. I had to go back in and tell him And-found the key in the garbage can! When I brought the car and I told him about the light being on for the tires. When I went to leave the light was still on for The tires. He had to get the mechanic to get it all the light off! This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten from the Dealership. I could’ve taken it to the drive-through oil change! More
Not a good expierence I had made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got to the dealer at 10:00, my appointment was scheduled for 10:15. My car was not I had made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got to the dealer at 10:00, my appointment was scheduled for 10:15. My car was not completed until 1:03. I was told by Hue that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Not happy with this. Normally when I come in it takes a maximum of 2 hours. More

Excellent Service I had to have a recall service on my Yukon and I drove all the way up to Dublin from San Jose to have it done because I prefer this dealership/service I had to have a recall service on my Yukon and I drove all the way up to Dublin from San Jose to have it done because I prefer this dealership/service center over the one down here.
