Poor Scheduling I mean, what is the point of taking appointments if they mean nothing? I got there at 6:45am and met with an advisor at 6:55am. I was informed that no I mean, what is the point of taking appointments if they mean nothing? I got there at 6:45am and met with an advisor at 6:55am. I was informed that no mechanics even begin until 8:30 and that it could take four hours to diagnose my BRAND NEW car’s issue. So, I went to work. Took the bus cause shuttles don’t start until 7:30 and the people who were gathering were loud and obnoxious. By 1:00pm I called the dealer because I had yet to hear anything. Found out that service customers who came later in the day and who decided to wait got priority over my 7:00 appointment and no one had even looked at my car yet! I found they hadn’t looked at my car until 4:00pm - NINE HOURS LATER! On top of it, my advisor made me feel like I was bothering him asking about my car. By 5:30pm I found that the computer on the car did not log what On-star said in an email notification of my car’s failure or what the console message told me was wrong with the car and no one at service knew why. When I asked to speak to the service manager while I was waiting back at the dealer I was informed he was in a meeting, once the meeting was over, no one told me, came to get me, or even cared. This is less than an amateurish service organization. Horrible. More
