Oil change turned into 48 hr Service with no Communication Took my car for an oil change on Saturday, expected completion was 2 hours. Texted on the service that was given to me as service get quick update, no Took my car for an oil change on Saturday, expected completion was 2 hours. After numerous calls, jumping through service appointment department and transfers someone service dept said you car is ready and your service advisor texted you. I said, no he didn't, no text no call. Liar! Not a word of apology! Sure enough when I went to pick up the car he won't give me face and another service advisor rushed me to the cashier! I had to stay home on Monday to go get the car and walk my kids to school as their car seats were stuck in the car! No never going back in there! More
