A smooth transaction I had been helped by Oscar VillaSenior when I first came to the Dublin Cadillac Dealership a few months ago. He was to contact me in a few weeks rega I had been helped by Oscar VillaSenior when I first came to the Dublin Cadillac Dealership a few months ago. He was to contact me in a few weeks regarding the 2020 CT6 that we wanted. I never heard from him and I had been calling the dealership and finally I talked to someone who had Adam Hamza call me back. He said he would research it get back to me. Because we had been waiting so long we decided to just show up at the dealership after church on Sunday. Adam was busy so he referred us to Alicia Mohammad and she started working with us. I was convinced that we just had to have a 2020. Alicia worked with us trying to find that 2020 but she also took the time to explore the 2019 CT6 and she pointed out the advantages of basically the same car as the CT6 2020 but with rebates, etc. She started searching now for the 2019 and the 2020......We had our GM Employee discount paperwork with us and from there we made the decision for the 2019. I told Alicia that she tricked me but she really showed me what I was overlooking and we decided the 2019 was the best buy for us. I'm so glad that she went the extra mile in working with us. The team was able to get everything cleared and insure that the car would be on it's way to us. All we had to do was pick the car up when it arrived. Alicia presented the car to us and it was more that I had pictured. The color....everything was just perfect. She helped us set up the OnStar....and went over the details of the operations of the new vehicle. Everything was just SMOOTH....That's why I call it A Smooth Transaction. Awesome Experience All I have to say is WOW! This dealership is honest, hard working, and does whatever it takes to do a wonderful job. I am in the market for a truck All I have to say is WOW! This dealership is honest, hard working, and does whatever it takes to do a wonderful job. I am in the market for a truck (upgrading from a great SUV) and began looking at Ram, Ford, and Chevy. At the end of the day, I was torn between an AMAZING deal on a Ram and a hard to find truck with Chevy. In the last 11 days, Justin (salesman), Derris (manager), and the entire dealership has bent over backwards, forward, sideways, and upside down to get me the truck I want. I had one guy i was working with (will refrain writing his name) but after 3 days, he passed me off to another guy...and I'm VERY glad he did. Justin has been AWESOME! He has contacted me on his days off to update me on my vehicle search, checked in on leads I've sent him, and has always been very attentive (responds quickly) when I needed a question answered. Derris, the sales manager has also been a HUGE help in running different prices on about 6 different vehicles that I've test drove and also updating me on his days off-great duo! One truck had this but didn't have that. The other had that but not this. They have been patient, transparent, and gone ABOVE and beyond ANY dealership that I have worked with since buying a new vehicle. I'm not picky (well, maybe), but I know what I want and they've said they can appreciate that. In the end, after a long search, it looks like they found exactly (minus one little thing) what I'm looking for. I'll admit I got a VERY good deal from another truck that I was contemplating but because these guys have done such a magnificent job, I've decided to go with them. I'm hoping to get my truck sometime this week. If you're in the market for a truck (I'm almost an expert on 1/2 ton trucks lol), Chevy has the best OVERALL (not just interior) package. Best in class fuel economy, ride (Go to Youtube and look for TFLtruck silverado 1500), and resale value (59% after 3 years and 51% after 5 years. Ram 41% after 5 years) and when coupled with great customer service, this was a no brainer. It's no wonder they have an A+ rating on BBB...these guys rock! Thanks for making this process seem easy, even if I was a pain in the butt! :) More
