Cold customer service I have been to this place a few times because it is the closest one for me. Every time you walk into the service office, regardless it is busy or not, I have been to this place a few times because it is the closest one for me. Every time you walk into the service office, regardless it is busy or not, nobody will say hello or address you. The staff won't even lift their eyes from computer screen. Until, you start to move around and they feel your agitation. This recent time, I never got called after the service is done. By the end of the day, I went to see and check and it has been long completed. There need a big improvement in communication with customers here. More

Service on Infinity QX60- Dead Battery I liked Kyle my customer service tech, but I have to tell you, I was a irritated when he was nearly complete with my intake info (he went to get a pr I liked Kyle my customer service tech, but I have to tell you, I was a irritated when he was nearly complete with my intake info (he went to get a print out of an estimate for my work), and a customer walked in ready to pay. Rather than finish with me (and tell the customer he would be right with them), he pulled out the paperwork for the customer, went over the charges and status of car, then turned him over to the cashier. THEN he came back and finished with me. Really unprofessional, and on top of that, I also felt "he was a man", and I'm just a "women" type vibe. Other than that, I am satisfied with service. More
