Bad organizational model. Have had four or five service appointments on my 2017 GMC. On every occasion the estimated time of service completion is drastically understated. From watching operation I have formed the opinion that this has to do with understaffing of service advisors. I believe that service is usually completed in a reasonable amount of time but the service advisors are so busy that they cant get the vehicle back to the customer. I am not certain of this but this best explains why service is never completed until i go complain. Then magically the work seems yo be finished. I will start getting service done elsewhere. More
