It all begins at the top with Ernesto, he is always a consummate professional and makes it a point to greet us and let us know when a service person will be able to see us. Our service person on this visit was Hu. Hu was honestly a gem. He quickly got us checked in and gave us a great estimation as to how long the appointment would take.
