Ok first impression This was my first visit to the dealer for my Silverados first oil change. Shuttle service was slow and I didnt expect the oil change to take almost 2 This was my first visit to the dealer for my Silverados first oil change. I do have to give the benefit of the doubt as they did say they were down a shuttle driver, but for possible future services I will have to plan my visit differently to avoid having to sit in the showroom for a long time. Awful experience more then once I’m so disappointed- almost 3 years ago we leased my GMC after my car was stolen- most of the first 2 years we had good service in Dublin- but this la I’m so disappointed- almost 3 years ago we leased my GMC after my car was stolen- most of the first 2 years we had good service in Dublin- but this last year we have not- we will not be coming back - it’s a shame that our miles and warranties always seem to run out just in time for a huge repair. I had my truck in multiple times for problems w the battery and this time they tried to help but I had to push for a call back no appt times on a sat and a difficult time with service people helping us out- a bad battery is not our fault and I was not happy with our interaction More
