Both worked in reviewing my service and was done in 5’. Michael was very friendly as always and offer me to enjoy the new coffee machine while I waited. The service was done in less than 2 hrs and since there is space to work, WiFi etc I took advantage of the venue and actually did some work. Bottom line, 2 hrs just flew by. The new advisor explained to me the findings and walked me to my car. Very Nice guy!!! More
