Pleasant staff but poor service It's really hit or miss across Dublin Chevrolet. I've purchased 2 new Tahoes there (5 total) with poor service immediately post-purchase both times ( It's really hit or miss across Dublin Chevrolet. I've purchased 2 new Tahoes there (5 total) with poor service immediately post-purchase both times (slow trade-in payment w my previous Tahoe already for sale on the lot, slow (or no) fix of minor defects found during purchase, etc) but service is usually ok. This last time the staff was pleasant as it usually is...but it took over 3 hours for an oil change...with an early morning appointment (7:45am w no one there when I arrived). Whenever I go in, I plan for close to 2 hours. But this time, there were several people that arrived well after me that finished well before me. What's simpler than an oil change...especially when I had an appointment? I had to go out to the service booths twice to try and get an update. I never got an acknowledgement or an apology for the (or delays even when I voiced concern. More

Purchase of used 2020 Escalade Transaction went well and relatively fast. All personnel were friendly, helpful and fully explained all aspects of the transaction. Only problem was that the car had to be sent to detail twice, or maybe 3 times, as it was very dirty at time of delivery although I was told when I called saying I was coming in to buy the vehicle that it was being sent to detail and would be ready in about an hour. An hour or 2 after we arrived and started the paperwork, I ask to see the car and they said it needed to go to detail. It was then later brought around for me to look at and it was totally unaccepable with dirty seats, pumpkin seeds in the back, etc.. It was then sent beck to detail and brought again after all paperwork completed. Still not up to standars I am accustomed to, but acceptable. Not sure what the problem was. I assume it was not a normal situation. More
