I bought a GMC Sierra truck in 20918. I have brought it into the dealership 6 times for the same problem. And they can’t find the problem. The service manager hue is great and does everything he can to acc into the dealership 6 times for the same problem. And they can’t find the problem. I spent $65000 on a truck that has defects and they won’t make it right. And to top it all off the last time I brought in they gave it back to me with no gas!! How do you give a customer back their car with no gas??? More

I wish I could rate the person who helped me in the service department separate from the overall service. Interesting that my check engine light came on the day after I left the service center. I went in for an oil change, they of course gave me a list of everything they checked in the "complimentary inspection" all was green except for rear breaks, I drive home, next morning start my car and the check engine light comes on........ Also, they were unable to wash my car due to the car wash being down and did not offer for me to come back another time for "complimentary car wash". The oil change took 2 hours and 15 minutes, and I had an appointment! the shuttle driver commented that Infinity customers don't ever call for a ride, only the service advisors call for their customers, so they were surprised when I called and asked to be picked up at infinity. Not impressed at all. I will try to find another service place for my JX35. More
