Easiest Transaction Ever! I'm so glad we came to this dealership. It was one of the easiest transactions ever and I've bought a few cars over the years. Absolutely, but it was still easier. Ramon was wonderful, friendly and great at customer service. I think what made it easier was that we came prepared. We were already approved through another lender for an auto loan, we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted, the price of the vehicle had literally dropped the day we headed to the dealership so we didn't need to negotiate. I give it four stars though because the finance guy Brian forgot to have us sign some additional paperwork and the mats that were in the trunk when we test drove it weren't there when we took it home. We were able to get them but we had to drive back to get them. Otherwise it was a great experience. More

The service rep (Michael) was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable explaining the problem fully. Having stated this I’m a little concern that only after a week the vehicle needed to be towed back to the dealership and after the service team did their diagnostics had to replace the battery. I have no idea whether this is considered standard procedure for the timing of the replacement but there is a saying in purchasing a used vehicle, that is, you are buying someone else’s problems. I trust that this will not be the case, however, I will be very observant and diligent in monitor the overall performance of the vehicle and that this service experience has been just a “speed bump” along the way of my enjoying the decision to purchase the best vehicle I ever owned! Thank you to all!!! More

I was told a 1.5 hour wait is a good amount of time to wait. Maybe true but he could have asked if I needed a ride somewhere or where to lounge while waiting. Was in your dealership for 2 hours and I have to ask for status. More
