A Major Turnaround from Last visit Made an online appointment to take my car in for the Oil Change-Tire Rotation coupon they sent to my email. Clicked the link in my email and started t Made an online appointment to take my car in for the Oil Change-Tire Rotation coupon they sent to my email. Clicked the link in my email and started to make my appointment. They had a list of service appointments to pick from and this was not one of them. I had to type in the appointment description in the misc box. I also clicked on the shuttle option and it said I had to call the service advisor to work this out. This kind of defeats the use of the website. Well when I arrived for my appointment I talked with Service Advisor Hue. He could not find the coupon in the system even though I showed him the email I got from GMC. He stated there was usually a code with the coupons but none were listed on the email. He looked through the system and and could not find it so he put in the note of the service and the price. Since it was only going to take a little over an hour for the service I decided to wait for the vehicle. Hue was very professional and took care of the vehicle service needs without any complaints to the missed information in the email coupon and his computer system. This was great service compared to my last visit here that no one wanted to get back to me on for a part they ordered. The part was supposed to arrive within a week and it took two months. When I first called about it a month after waiting, the person on the phone was very unprofessional and did not resolve the issue. I had to walk into the Service Department to inquire about the part and get my vehicle issue resolved. And an email to the Manager went unanswered during this issue. More
