Lacking customer service skills Disappointed in this dealer since purchasing my car here in 2018. But this last service appointment sealed the deal for me to never return. I scheduled a service using the online scheduler. Showed up at my scheduled time to hear “we never schedule that service this late in the day” (2 pm on a Thursday). And also heard “someone should of called you but we can try, they are gonna be mad!”....really, you needed to add that in? After waiting in the lobby 3 hours & 40 minutes I received a text that my car was completed. I went to retrieve my keys and the service guy says “it’s done but those GUYS WERE PISSED OFF”. I really don’t need to hear that information. I gave you multiple opportunities to tell me to reschedule for another day but instead you choose to insult me multiple times. I had stopped taking my car there for services not long after purchase because once you buy the car they pretty much want nothing more to do with you. Emails & calls with questions go unanswered. I always thought dealerships were so helpful & courteous but Dublin GMC is only helpful when they want to sell you a vehicle. Sad to say, I won’t be back! More
Bad experience I took my truck to get service at dubling chevrolet and after 3 days they told me that my truck have a problem wiht the transmission but they said tha I took my truck to get service at dubling chevrolet and after 3 days they told me that my truck have a problem wiht the transmission but they said that I have to drive the truck until the transmission go bad so they can check it out and paid 400 dollars diagnostic and 115 dollar of a rental vehicle for nothing..I m so mad..because I left mesage to the service manager and I haven't got any call back jet it was a very bad experience. And waits of money. More

That was one of the main reasons for working with this dealership. In this day and age the convenience of online sales is a bonus. We had other dealerships working to get us the same vehicle, but none were willing to give us a quote online. They insisted we come to the dealership prior to discussing the numbers. That was a deal breaker. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and directed right to the person we had been working with online (JT). The staff was friendly, the transaction was quick and no pressure to buy 'add ons' while processing the delivery paperwork. The finance manager even found us a better APR than the original as we were prepping to sign. More
