The service took much longer than expected but Kyle did a good job of keeping me informed of the status. I appreciated the shuttle service as I didn't bring a lunch. Superior Customer Service My Infiniti had to be towed in as it broke down while I was driving. I had just had the 75k servicing and wasn’t pleased with the results. Horrible attitude I came for servicing my vehicle (QX60). At the time of booking the appointment, I have opted for a loaner vehicle. When I check-in at the service cent I came for servicing my vehicle (QX60). At the time of booking the appointment, I have opted for a loaner vehicle. When I check-in at the service center, the service advisor (Kyle) has denied to provide me a loaner. He was saying that if the service takes more than 3 hours, then only they provide a loaner vehicle. I told him that during my earlier service, I got the loaner vehicle and I need it now also. Even then he refused to provide me a loaner vehicle and made me wait 40 minutes to get into a shuttle. After that, they took more than 3 hours to complete the servicing (almost 5 hours). I don't understand why he denied to offer me a loaner vehicle when it is taking more than 3 hours according to him. I felt so bad and don't want to be a returning customer to this Dublin Infiniti. I will never recommend Infiniti and this Dublin Infiniti to any of my friends. More
