Delays and lack of attention to detail. Making an appt was a breeze. Plenty of alerts via text and email to remind you of appt. the service writer was polite and professional. My appt was at 830 and was a bit late by 10 min due to traffic. Waited for approx 5 minutes and was checked in. When we leased our vehicle we opted for the prepaid maintenance plan. We were told oil changes, tire rotation and balance, and scheduled service maintenance was included. Apparently balancing tires is not covered and was told the cost was $120!?!!! This Service was for an oil chg and tire rotation. I declined the $120 tire balance charge. I opted to wait for the vehicle and was told it would be about 1.5 hrs figuring it was done by 1030. I told the service advisor that was fine but I just needed to be done and on my way by 1145. I had another appointment at noon. At approx 1130 I inquired about my vehicle and was told it was waiting to get washed. I waited another 35 minutes eventually I left and walked to my appt as fortunately is was close by I was a few minutes late to my appt but they made it work. At 1225 they texted my wife even though I gave them my cell phone number when I checked in. They told her the vehicle was ready. I checked my phone I had no missed calls or texts. After my appt I went back to get the car. It was parked and ready. However, not really sure what they did to wash the car or vaccuum the interior. In the car, on the rubber all-Weather mats was still some pine needles from the recent trip to the Christmas tree lot and on the exterior on a black tinted window there was some white bird poop. I guess a little extra elbow grease to get the bird poop off must cost extra. Their service waiting area/lobby is nice and comfortable and that’s about it. For a luxury car company this service visit was mediocre at best. I will probably take a bit longer drive to another dealership and see how their service is. The oil change before this I went to another Infiniti dealership and was told 1.5-2 hrs. They were done in 1 hr. Dublin Infiniti needs to either not over book customers or get more techs. Also, staff needs to put some effort into paying attention to detail. I wish I could attach pictures to this review because this would show the lack of attention. More
