Infiniti Q50 Service Appointment Service representative received me as soon as I walked in into service department. Vehicle information was given obtained and vehicle was soon taken t Service representative received me as soon as I walked in into service department. Vehicle information was given obtained and vehicle was soon taken to service bay. Representative informed me of how long the service would take and showed me where the waiting area is located and general layout. I was updated on during the entire time my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle’s service was completed exactly at the time the service representative said it would be completed. Thanks again Kyle! Unorganized. One simple request not completed. Made appt. about a week in advance to take my 2017 Bolt for it's final 24 Mo. warranty service. (Tire rotation and basic checkup). Appointment proces Made appt. about a week in advance to take my 2017 Bolt for it's final 24 Mo. warranty service. (Tire rotation and basic checkup). Appointment process was somewhat confusing due to their system. About a 10 second delay from the time I spoke until they responded. Very confusing. I would start talking again thinking they were not going to respond and then they would start. Bad system. When I arrived at the dealer there were no other cars in the line so I drove right up. They couldn't find anything. Didn't know who my service rep was supposed to be, etc. Rep said she was filling in so she wrote down some things and finally printed out forms. I asked her to be sure they replaced two valve stem covers that had been left off on the first warranty service. I left with my ride. They called a few hours later and said car was ready. I called Chevy ride service and that was good. Upon arrival they couldn't find paper work, finally she looked up something and asked me to go to the waiting area. After 10 minutes I walked to the SErvice Rep ARea and saw my paper work on the counter. She asked if I needed help and I pointed at the forms and said I was here to pick up my car. She pulled out the form and gave it someone to bring the car up. When it was there I checked the two tires that needed valve stem covers and they had not been replaced. I told him and he drove off and came back a few minutes later with the covers on. Basically they seemed totally unorganized. Maybe short handed. More
