Great Dealership I gave Dublin Buick GMC Chevrolet Cadillac a 5 star because I had no expectations (actually was on my way to another dealership that weekend to get wh I gave Dublin Buick GMC Chevrolet Cadillac a 5 star because I had no expectations (actually was on my way to another dealership that weekend to get what I thought was the best deal) and they really worked to prove they were the right place to get my Chevy Tahoe. I did a ton of research and thought I found the best deal but their sales rep, Guario, and other team member there really went the extra mile to find the best deal, were transparent, and overall better fit for what I wanted. I ended up getting a Chevy Tahoe and am happy with the purchase. The finance rep, Admir, even was able to beat the pre approved APR rates :) More

However, this is the second time I've visited this service center and both times I've made online reservations where I am asked to describe the reason for my visit. Both times I was greeted by a service advisor who knew nothing about the reason for my visit. Why set my expectation that the service advisor will be aware of the reason for my visit by having me fill in service details when making the appointment? In addition, both times I did not get the requested service done. The first time I was told the accessory I bought (cargo net) could not be installed (wrong) and the second time the technician knowledgeable about my vehicle called in sick. More
