Went to fix the recall and wasn't given a recall slip Can't register my Prius because of an outstanding recall. The advisor apparently didn't know what he was doing and said the regular service report would suffice. Went to the DMV for the 2nd time and was told the regular service report was not adequate. (My first trip to DMV was told to get the recall fixed and get a recall pink slip). Had to go back to Dublin Toyota to get the recall pink slip. When I got back to DMV in the afternoon, there was a long line. Wasted a whole day because the incompetent Dublin Toyota dealership. More

Good but No issues during the service. Got oil change and a recall fix. But I did have a chipped paint peel off more than when I brought it in. They never told No issues during the service. I had to schedule another appointment with Toyota for them to look at it. That was a pain. But the initial visit was good. Shuttle service was good too. More

Attentive Professional Toyota Service in Dublin For the last five years I have been getting my 2012 Toyota Avalon regularly serviced at Dublin Toyota, and I am VERY happy with all aspects of this sh For the last five years I have been getting my 2012 Toyota Avalon regularly serviced at Dublin Toyota, and I am VERY happy with all aspects of this shop. The service advisors are professional, efficient, and friendly. The auto mechanics do a great job, from diagnosing problems and repairing them, to routine maintenance. As an example, my Avalon developed an issue with the coolant system around 30,000 miles which wasn't evident when I was driving the car. The mechanic identified the problem (seals that were not properly installed in the factory) and the car was completely repaired under warranty. At the same visit, the mechanic noted significant rodent damage to the electrical harness. The service advisor informed me that my car insurance was likely to cover the replacement of the harness. State Farm sent an examiner who confirmed the rodent damage and authorized repair. The Avalon runs like a top thanks to Dublin Toyota and their excellent service staff! And getting an appointment on the phone or online is always easy. I recommend this shop most highly. More
