This is my third Prius I have purchased and had exclusively serviced by Dublin Toyota. I have dealt exclusively with Marcus Mendiola all the time. He has given me superb customer service. He clearly explains everything so I fully understand before the service is performed. He has always taken complete ownership of any problems that arouse and resolved them in a timely manner and completely, even problems that weren't his doing or under his control. I have never had to bring my car back for service they performed to be corrected. Considering the market rates of service for a Prius i feel Dublin Toyota has reasonable rates. Everyone that works at this dealership seems to enjoy working their and their job and that shows in how they all interact with customers. I feel Marcus Mendiola is an exceptional employee in my view. He always goes out of his way to satisfy his customers and make sure things are done right and fast the first time around. I have recommended this dealership to many people. More

I scheduled an oil and filter change at Lexus of Pleasanton. Those knuckleheads told me it will cost $130...for just the oil and filter. I declined and canceled my service. I have been going to Dublin Toyota to get my car maintenance done there ever since I got the car. The service is great, I never had anything wrong done to my car. I have been using my prepaid maintenace coupon, up until now where I actually have to start paying for it and it's expensive but I guess, worth it. The service doesn't take long. Two hours maximum for the most part. Marcus is the best! More

I took my 4Runner in for the 10,000 mile service and couldn't have had a better experience. Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly, the shuttle service to and from work and Gary, the shuttle driver, couldn't have had a better experience.
