My car malfuntioned while at the VW Dealer I came in to buy a quart of oil for my 1999 VW Bug. When I went to leave, my VW bug would not start. With out an appointment the service department I came in to buy a quart of oil for my 1999 VW Bug. When I went to leave, my VW bug would not start. With out an appointment the service department jumped into action. They had to push my bug into the service bay. The team did a diagnostic and told me the problem. They arranged a loaner car, and I was on my way. The next day, they had rushed in the part, got it installed and communicated this process through out. I am very impressed with the attitude, customer service mentality, and kind service. These guys in the service department are the best of the best...….. A great big thankyou to this dealership.
