So dishonest. Found a specific car we were interested that they had advertised online. Contacted them to confirm they still had the car. Drove 50 miles and when I arrived I was told "we just sold it". Total xx, obviously a car sale wouldn't be that fast. (and it's still showing on their website 2 days later) he quickly pivoted into trying to show me other cars. just a complete disregard for people's time to bait and switch like that. not even an apology from the smug manager Ronnie. We first went in there to look at a certain car and unfortunately it didn’t work out but they had many options They are very welcoming and friendly. This is the 4th car I have bought at Dublin VW, and the last two have been from Joelle. Let me start with this - I hate buying cars. From the process to dealing the haggling, literally trap me in a room filled with spiders and I’d prefer that. So, when I say Joelle is literally the only human I would ever buy a car from again, it should carry weight. She’s the best, period. She listens well, is not pushy, and you can tell that she actually is passionate about making people happy by connecting them with a car that suits them. Never once did I feel like I was being sold anything—and I’m an attorney and I’d know. Rather, it feels like a collaborative experience. Ultimately, 4 years ago because of some personal circumstances I had to give up my Atlas and downsize, and I hate the car I got. She helped me with that, and remembered me when she reached out to help me find a new car. It was transformative for me when she sat with me and helped me find solutions to buy a new Atlas. And the coolest thing—I think she might have been happier for me than I was for myself. She’s a great saleswoman but a better human. I’d recommend her to anyone and won’t buy a car from anyone else. Also, shout out to the dealership generally. They always take back my cars and treat me fairly. The last car…just yikes in so far as the condition at the end of the lease. No questions asked they took it. This is literally the only place I can imagine buying a car again. More
