Disappointment is such an understatement about our experience with Moe Ali, Sales Specialist at this dealership. Professionalism is NOT even in his vocabulary. We had a 4pm appointment with him about the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica minivan that my husband and I were very interested in purchasing. We got to the dealership around 4:04pm. We met with Moe and he asked us to go over the van at his desk. The first thing he told us as soon as we sat was the van that we were interested in was sold at 1pm. Yes, 1pm! Three freaking hours before our appointment and he didn’t have the audacity to call us and let us know. The dealership is 1 hour drive from us. The other van that we wanted to see wasn’t at the dealership as it was being driven by the President’s wife. He said that if we were still interested the vehicle would be back at the dealership on Monday morning. Why would I want something that’s already being driven. So he suggested another vehicle, to which I agreed though I was already irritated. He said that he would have someone get the van. And before he left he suggested a used van that looks “brand new.” How insulting!! Why would I want a used vehicle if I were there to get a brand new car. My husband and I waited for 30 minutes and didn’t know what was happening because we couldn’t find Moe. I stood and went to the next desk and told the gentleman to tell Moe that we left because he wasted so much of our time already. And the gentleman man (I didn’t get his name) said, “I’m sorry about that.” We went to our car and Moe was outside on his phone. Maybe to Moe we didn’t look like we could afford any car at all; hence the “treatment” we got. Moe just defined to us the worst customer service ever! Beware! More
I have been buying Jeeps and having them serviced at Dulles Jeep for more than twenty years. Our latest Jeep, a diesel, had a FCA recall that I received notices about for roughly a year, but the recall repair kits haven’t been available. Lynette, who is my current service advisor, has been awesome in tracking the recall kit down and working with me to get it schedule, which has now been completed. TBH, Lynette and her entire crew out at Dulles Jeep went beyond the call of duty and procured one of the first kits available. She made the entire process flawless, as has been all my service experiences at Dulles Jeep. The technicians are awesome and I have never had to take the car back for a faulty repair - kudos to the entire service department. All I can say is, if you are in the market for a Jeep, I can’t think of any other place to buy one. In addition, if you have a Jeep, and want the best service available in the DC Metro area, go to Dulles Jeep and ask for Lynette, she’ll treat you like family and take care of you and your vehicle. Dulles Jeep sets a very high bar for excellence; other dealers should emulate their business model. More
Yesterday, I contacted this dealership via online inquiry about a 2021 Jeep SRT that just arrived on their lot. Jonathan Ahn, Internet Manager emailed me claiming they would only sell this vehicle at MSRP pl about a 2021 Jeep SRT that just arrived on their lot. Jonathan Ahn, Internet Manager emailed me claiming they would only sell this vehicle at MSRP plus a $995 “processing fee”. I replied good luck with that. This morning I received a general mail advertisement from the dealership reflecting an approximate $7300 discount on this exact same vehicle. How does such business practices exists or today’s business environment? More
I am 42 years old and have purchased more than 10 vehicles. The general sales manager in this dealership is the worst I've ever deal with. If I were the owner of this property, I would seriously cons vehicles. The general sales manager in this dealership is the worst I've ever deal with. If I were the owner of this property, I would seriously consider giving him a six-month probation period to decide if he should be fired. My first visit was on 3/5/2021. The general sales manager started with playing the regular "aggressiveness&rudeness" trick by refusing shaking hand with me. And then he tried to break my mind by insulting me verbally. Well, I understand this is his job. Therefore, I didn't take it personally. Today, 3/10/2021, a sales person under him emailed me saying "Hello Luke , We have a bonus incentive for $2000 , only have few left , if you can come in today we are able to get it done for you". I paid him a second visit. After the sales person talked to him (the general manager), the sales person showed me a OTD breakdown with exactly same online discount and tried to convince me the discount already includes military and his promise of 2000 additional discount. Honestly, even an elementary school kid is able to tell this is a completely false statement because Dulles Dodge website is clearly showing the military discount is additional. I am offended this time because it is a humiliation to my intelligence. A waste of time. By the way, I am a minority, a GS13 in federal government with a financial career and still serving the U.S. Army. I am wondering whether or not the general manager treat me this way because of my race. So, non-Caucasian customers may be better off to take excessive awareness. More

My wife and I worked on a deal over the phone with Matt on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I was told by Matt it was flawless with no dents, dings, or scratches. I told Matt I was very meticulous about vehicles and the 2016 Lexus I was trading was the same... no dents, no dings, no scratches, no road rash on the wheels. The day after we worked numbers and 2 days before I was going to get it (due to snow), they lowered the Jeep almost $1,000 online. I called back and they said they made a mistake and couldn't honor the price. I asked for a sales manager, they connected me with Thomas who told me they would add a little more to my trade since they messed up and HE assured me HE would handle my transaction since Matt had an attitude and told me to take it or leave it. We finalized numbers, Thomas told me he would see me on Tuesday of this week, and to ONLY DEAL WITH HIM. Thomas told me he took pride in his job and told his salesmen to NEVER lie to customers. As I was 7 hours into my drive and about an hour away, I text Thomas and asked if they would have it cleaned and ready to go since I had an 8 hour drive back home. I got NO RESPONSE from Thomas. When I arrive at dealership, Matt, who I didn't not want to deal with met me at the door telling me it was THOMAS'S SCHEDULED DAY OFF and he would be helping us. They drive the Jeep around and it is covered in scratches!! I asked him what part of flawless he could see, Matt had no answer. I asked for the General Manager only to be told he wasn't there either and a different sales manager come over and was helpful and knocked $500 more off because he knew we were pissed and about to leave. They worked on buffing the vehicle for over an hour only to bring it out still with scratches we had pointed out. Again, they took it back to buff the other spots out (something they had 3 days to do!) Once they finally got them buffed out they gave me one key but had previously told me there was two. So today, my wife and I called and asked for Thomas (the no show manager)asking about the second key and he said "we gave you $500 more off for not having the extra key." I told him they knocked the $500 off for the scratches and the 2 hours we sat and waited for something that should have long been fixed before we got there. He asked where our second key was for the Lexus we traded, and I said I only gave you one because you only gave me one. He then said that was "bad business" on my part and HUNG UP ON ME!! The same man who said "don't lie to customers", told me to "only deal with him" and scheduled an appointment with me ON HIS DAY OFF, tells me it was bad business not to give him two keys when he only gave me ONE! The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I see why the sales team lie, they are only as good as their management! No standards, no morals, no tact! ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! More
Worse service ever. For an annual oil change, was told that they are not busy, still I made an appointment, was told that it will take one hour. An hour and a half later, I checked to find out that not o that they are not busy, still I made an appointment, was told that it will take one hour. When I inquired how come it is not ready as I was promised, the arrogant service woman assigned to my service said: they are entitled to have lunch. Don't you think so? We can't say enough positive things about this company and its' employees. We had been looking for a new Dodge and spoke to Jarad in sales there. We actually drove from Maryland because we liked their pricing and could not find that in our area. It was worth the drive. Our salesman Jarad was no pressure and simply gave us a great day. He was so nice and caring as well. Their finance lady was so nice and personable as well. Thank you Mimi. And lastly, we had one small problem after we left the dealership. The dealership took ownership of the issue (Angela in customer service) and was great to deal with and took care of it immediately and to our satisfaction. This whole experience was a home run. I highly recommend Jarad and Mimi! I've been telling everyone. Oh, AND we got an awesome car!!! Will go back when our son needs his new Dodge! More
Just purchased a 2021 Ram 1500. Went in a few days ago and test drove a couple, but at that time wasn't sure which model to buy. Did more research and decided on one they had on the lot. I was very upfront with all my thoughts on what price I wanted and why I wanted that way. Negotiations didn't take very long as we and his sales manager Rafi came to an agreement in a very short time. Then comes the Finance dept. that usually isn't very fun, but this time with Naz was probably the best experience I've had. He too was very patient and was able to assist me in maintaining all the rebates and getting a Great interest rate. I have to admit that this was one the best times I had at a dealer purchasing a car. I'll be back in the Spring when we plan to purchase another car and will be asking for Jesse, Rafi and Naz. Thanks guys!! I don't see their names below, but they all get FIVE STARS!!! More
