Tried scheduling for their new pick up/delivery service and no one ever showed up. Turns out it doesn't come through on the order. Poor design. Avoid this place like the virus! They are deceitful and have dishonest business practices. They lure you in with prices, ads and flyers only to sucker you in purchasing a vehicle that is nowhere near thei have dishonest business practices. I went in with one such flyer directly from their dealership to me and was told that "You don't really expect to get it for this price do you? This was just a marketing tool and if there was such a thing we would get the deal ourselves!" They offered me a deal that was more than twice the amount of the deal promised on the flyer. The sales manager Olivia argued with me that there was no such thing as an option to purchase a vehicle on a lease car and that the purchase price is always determined when the vehicle is returned. When I proved to her that the option purchase price was already listed on the contract when I first leased the vehicle, she copped an attitude and hastily transferred me to the General Manager David. GSM's excuse for not honoring the flyer and not doing the trade was that they did not need any Grand Cherokees even though right on top of the flyer it says " We are in need of Jeep Grand Cherokees!" The flyer also has bunch of fancy words like price promise guaranteed, No hassles, No gimmicks, No pressure but it was actually a major gimmick! The GSM David proceeded to defend his sales manager and said he didn't want my business. I have never been subjected to such a treatment especially by the management team of a corporation. Stay away from this dealership if you don't want to be a victim of a gimmick. They only want customers that they can sucker or take advantage of! More
Failed to honor a “VIP care” contract for free oil changes and state inspections. They stated that they do not have that program anymore but when I bought my car five years ago I purchased this VI changes and state inspections. They stated that they do not have that program anymore but when I bought my car five years ago I purchased this VIP program. So because they do not have the program they will not honor the contract they signed with me. Do not buy or get service from this dealership. Your contracts are meaningless and they do not honor any other paperwork you signed. More
Liars, scammers, and thieves. That’s this place in a nutshell. I’ve purchased more than 20 vehicles in my lifetime and have never experienced such total disregard for the law and even basic customer ser nutshell. They committed fraud by telling me that I HAD to purchase and extended warranty to get a lower rate, then the sales manager David, when confronted with the fact that he got caught, said IN WRITING that he would send me a new contract minus the extended warranty and GAP (also scammed me into that), sent the new one minus only the warranty, and when I told them to send the correct one they said “too late, we cashed the original one. You can cancel the warranty and GAP after the fact”. Say what? This place is a joke and full of illegal and backhanded tricks. I have filed a complaint with the VA and MD States attorneys fraud divisions and won’t stop until they purchase this vehicle back and return all of my funds and my trade (or pay me full retail for it). More

My Service Experience I took my Ram truck in for service. They were to resolve some recalls on my truck, specifically one for the transmission. When I took the truck in f I took my Ram truck in for service. They were to resolve some recalls on my truck, specifically one for the transmission. When I took the truck in for service, it was have mechanical issues aligned to the service bulletin symptoms. Speaking with the Service writer, she was fairly confident the recall should resolve the problem. When the service writer called me with the results, I was told the recall did not resolve the issue. I was told any further investigation into the matter would require me to authorize customer paid work. I asked a couple of qualifying questions: 1) Is the truck drivable now - a) I don't know. 2) What is the current symptom of the issue - a) I don't know, there is just an engine light on. 3) What is the current check engine code say? - a) I don't know, you need to authorize payment for us to tell you. For me to ask these questions, the service writer was extremely aggressive and would not let me ask my questions. She continually would repeat, we did all the "Free" work. Recalls are typically issues that potentially are safety issues, but this service writer classified them as "Free" work. She seemed so focused on getting some customer paid work out of my visit, she lost focus of trying to work with me to fix the issue. I will never take my vehicle back there, nor recommend it to anyone. More
My wife and I had a great experience with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Pilot. Rafi was awesome to work with. We showed up and wanted to see/test drive several vehicles and he immediately had them all ready t a 2018 Honda Pilot. Rafi was awesome to work with. Each vehicle looked like they were well cared for and contained a folder with the car fax for us to look over. We were very happy with the experience all around. It was probably the best car buying experience that we have had. Highly recommend....ask for Rafi. More
Dishonest and sneaky finance manager.. I purchased a lease 2 yrs ago. Some of the "free options" given to me were safety and state inspections as well as 4 "free" oil changes. When I I purchased a lease 2 yrs ago. Some of the "free options" given to me were safety and state inspections as well as 4 "free" oil changes. When I brought my vehicle in for the safety and state inspection last month, and was charged for the inspections, I was told "yeah, we stopped the free inspections about a year ago". I just received a letter that my "free" oil changes are expiring at the end of this month. In reviewing my contract, I see that not only did I pay $1800 for the "free" oil changes, but they are only good for 24 months. I attempted to read all the fine print when I signed my lease, but the service manager rushed me and said he would explain each item for me because it was getting close to 10:30pm, and they had already closed. Not only did he never explain that I was paying $1800 for free oil changes for 2 years, he could see I was scrutinizing the contract and made every attempt to make sure I didn't read that portion. I would have NEVER agree to pay $1800 for what I was told was "free", not to mention agree to 24 months rather than the life of my lease. I see very sneaky, deceiving sales work here. I will NEVER, EVER purchase another vehicle from your dealership, nor recommend your dealership. You people should be ashamed of how dishonest you are and how you rip people off. More
