We wanted to trade our Jeep Compass for a Dodge Ram and after some negotiating with Ray we thought we were making some head way. After a few hours of back and forth, Harpreet Budwal walks over, sits down and lays down the offer we thought we thought we would agree on. Anyway, after carefully reviewing the figures, we noticed he added $3000 on top of the listed price! He never once pointed out that little tidbit. I assume he gets away with this type of BS a lot as it's not always easy figuring up the costs they throw at you. FYI - If you decide to bypass the many bad reviews people have taken the time to write about this place, please know that you really need to pay attention to the numbers they provide you. More

Service is unreliable. Made appointment a week ahead of time because rep said it may take quite a bit of time to diagnose issue and I should get a loaner car. As has happened numerous times before they didn’t get my vehicle into the shop until late afternoon and wanted to keep it through the weekend to continue on Monday. What’s the point of bringing it in and leaving it with them all day if they don’t allow themselves enough time to do the job anyway? This is a repeated issue with this dealership. Other than an oil change they’re pretty useless. More
