Had decent enough initial sales experience when I bought my new Grand Cherokee 4xe but since then, nothing. My salespeople no longer work there, sales managers don’t respond to voicemails or emails. I can’t open the zip file with my sales docs with the password I created (yes I am correctly entering the password I created so don’t try that explanation). Was also promised that after six months I get ceramic coating reapplied - trying to get that done at another dealership so that I don’t have to deal with this place but apparently it has to be done where you purchased the vehicle. Leaving this review is a last ditch effort to get a response. Avoid this dealership at all costs if you hope for a place that offers any type of support post-purchase. More
If Customer Service is important to you, stay away from this dealership. I purchased a car with Deke as my salesman. I followed with Deke two months later on one minor issue of a cargo mat they owed - does this sound like a place you'd want to do business with? Me: "Hi Deke, it's XXXX. Grand Cherokee over Presidents Day Weekend. I'm checking on the We Owe cargo mat, do you have any intel on when it will be delivered? Thanks. Deke: I'm very familiar with who you are, you cost me $1500 out of my paycheck. You need to take up whatever issue you have with management." Run away from this place. The sales people appear unfamiliar with the vehicles, I had two under the car looking for hitch wiring and neither had a clue although they swore over two days it was there somewhere. Coupled with non-callbacks and unprofessional texts, my recommendation is to find a different dealer if you care about a satisfying experience. More
Hi I went Dulles Motorcars Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM dealer buy a car on 04/03/2023 from Pennsylvania to all the way up to Virginia i had really bad experience from this dealer i never recommend anyone to go t buy a car on 04/03/2023 from Pennsylvania to all the way up to Virginia i had really bad experience from this dealer i never recommend anyone to go this dealership I took the Lyft almost traveling almost 195 miles from my home they treat me really bad and very rude the car was listed on cars.com $44035 before i go there i already ask them can you give any discounts because i coming from long way they can do something for me .Then the sales manager ask me can you look another car with less money i told them there is another car i saw for listed $41545 almost the same features some of the features are missing i said OK with the $41545 car then the sales guy Matt it is already sold out The car is showing on the website it is on Transit They are not trustful people everything they saying not true Then i got there they said the car is listed for 49000 dollars i told them i am leaving then the guy call me back his name is Matt Quraishi he told me let me talk to the sales manager he came back then he said we can do 43000 dollars with taxes and all the documentation fees including then i agree with that then after 15 minutes later the sales manager came back to me he said we didn't included the pa taxes and some Virginia local taxes that is together $43850 i said i am sorry i can't do that Then he raising his voice in front of all his employees why should i pay your taxes i told him i don't need the deal Then i left they call me back again i have the cancel the ride twice the Lyft charge me $4 dollars for the cancellation Finally the Finance Manger came outside she call me inside for talk we can do something i said if it is 43000 Dollars for the car i can do the deal she said are you crazy for 850 dollars i said my ride is here i am leaving finally i left that place she was very Unprofessional and the sales manager as very rude and Mean So I never recommend anyone to go this dealership buy any car More

Terrible customer service. I've had questions for the finance department after signing my docs for 2 weeks and can't get a reply from them. I've emailed the customer service rep who reached out to me twice with no reply back. I've called their main line 3 times asking for finance and each time being told I'll get a call back and don't. During signing the finance person couldn't understand why there was a change in documentation and price and couldn't get help as it was a half hour before they closed on Sunday. I was told to sign docs and will figure it out on Monday for you, and now being told I declined a service and won't get an answer back. Feels like bait and switch, which isn't the biggest issue but being ignored when I've reached out is what makes it worse. More

We have done all we can do to allow them to rectify this terrible mistake, including spending an additional 4 hours there while they "fixed" the car. NOTHING was fixed, they knew that and now they won't return any of our calls, emails, or texts. I also now know that they knew this the whole time and sold him the car anyway. We were directly lied to by both Amir and Najeem several times throughout the process. This is by far the worst experience I have had buying a car and the disrespect of doing this to my dad while at the same time telling him "thanks for your service, sir" !!!!! disgusting. Fortunately, I have the Va consumer protection act, Va. states attorney, Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, NHTSA and others to turn to. I recommend to anyone looking for a car in the Leesburg VA area to go anywhere else. And if anyone else has experienced dishonest dealerships do your research there are options. NOBODY has the right to lie, cheat, and steal from another to make a dollar. More
Mo Meftohu, is nothing short of amazing! ! My wife and I came in to test drive a SRT Durango and he was very patient and put everything in front of us. If it wasn't for the "Demonic Red" seat ! He worked up my trade-ins at exceptionally fair values, never pushed, always just put the data in front of me and would tell me "do this only if it looks good to you." Absolutely stellar! Highly recommended dealership and highly recommended sales rep. More
