False advetising for online price I saw a price online for a 2016 Subaru Forester with a mention that it was certified pre-owned. I contacted the dealership to say I was interested and I saw a price online for a 2016 Subaru Forester with a mention that it was certified pre-owned. I contacted the dealership to say I was interested and asked if there were any additional fees or charges aside from the processing fees and was told no. I drove over 100 miles from Richmond on my vacation day with the intention of purchasing this vehicle and trading in my current car. When I arrived, I was also told they used Kelly Blue Book to appraise used cars. I arrived and test drove the Forester, but when we started discussing the price, that was when I found out how incredibly unethical this dealership is. The sales manager arrived with the total price printed out and it included a $2,500 additional charge for the pre-owned certification which was never mentioned anywhere. This is clearly false advertising. When I questioned this charge, the sales manager was rude and borderline belligerent. I also found out that this charge is higher than the cost of an extended warranty offered by Subaru. The offer for my current car was no where close to Kelly Blue Book value. When I questioned the low value, the sales manager rambled on about how much work they need to do to used cars and Kelly Blue Book is just a rough estimate. Needless to say, I left without purchasing the Forrester and immediately drove to Car Max where they appraised my vehicle at 60% more than I was offered at Dulles Motorcars. I bought a 2016 Subaru Forester with all the same features and mileage the next day at a local dealership whose advertised price was the actual price--no bait and switch when I arrived. They gave me the Car Max trade-in value for my current car, transferred my current plates and registered my new car for $29, and their processing fees were $325 less than Dulles. In my opinion, Dulles Motorcars is a very unethical dealership and you should not believe the advertised online prices. More

I was working with Mr Elliott at his dealership and after confirming the price on model no J7799 for $43,400 out the door was on my way with my wife to their dealership to buy the car. I live one hour away from the dealership. My wife and I were half way to the dealership when we get a a call from Mr Moe that the price of the car is another thousand dollars. I reminded him that this was unethical and wrong and he basically tried to make up a story that he was talking about a different car. I have the texts with the model # along with the agreed upon price. Mr. Moe basically lied to us and really ruined our day and wasted our time. More
Dealer refused to honor deal after agreement in an email! I went to Dulles motor cars to look at buying a new Ram 1500. My initial test drive went well and the salesman (marques) was knowledgeable and helpful. I went back to dealership to start talking about the price and we were approximately $1,000 apart. At this point, I had to leave for the day but thought we would be able to work something out to make it happen over the next couple days. That's when everything went downhill fast! After leaving on Friday, Marques and the finance manager (Harpreet) were supposed to call me back later that day with a counter offer. I did not hear anything back until Monday when I received a follow up email asking if I had other questions. I responded by reminding them they were supposed to be getting me a counter offer. They had forgotten and asked me again which price I was looking for and assured me they would get back to me that day. After waiting 2 days without hearing anything, I followed up again directly with the finance manager, Harpreet. He asked me a few question on the options I wanted in a truck but again, did not provide me a counter offer and stopped responding for another 2 days. I followed up again on Friday and finally received a counter offer. The offer was actually a decent price and we were close to an agreement. At this point, Marques and I went back and forth a few times via email and phone and by Saturday morning, we had agreed to a price for the truck. I agreed to come in to the dealership 3 hours later to sign the papers and finalize everything. Then things got even worse! After being unresponsive for most of the previous week, when I arrived at the dealership, they informed me they would not honor the deal we had reached over the phone/email 3 hours before! Marques said he had relieved a yes from the manager that morning but now the GM gave him a big No. As far as I was concerned, I don't care who approved my offer, all I cared about is that the offer was made to me and we agreed on it. If they made a mistake, that is not my problem! The reason for the no was because of the incentives changing between that day and the day the truck would be delivered. I asked Marquess this specific question via email the day before and I have a response in writing from the dealership stating this would not be a problem and I could lock in the incentives that day by putting down a deposit. Despite having the agreement with price and incentive in writing, the dealership refused to honor it. At this point, the manager came over to talk to me. Even when told that we had agreed to a deal and I had it in writing, he said he could not honor it and could only apologize for the incorrect information provided to me! There are a ton of other RAM/Dodge/Chrysler dealerships within a 30 minute drive of this one. I would strongly urge anyone looking to make a purchase to take the extra few minutes to drive to a dealership that will honor what they agree to and put in writing! More

It is a clean and speedy service bay, loaner car was perfect and the communication was constant from both ladies. I live 1.5 hrs away from this dealership but because of Christy and her team, i will only take my car there from now on while in town at work. More

In fact, after interacting with several other dealers I just felt better about how things went about early on in the process through email/phone that I decided to do business with Dulles Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. Anyone who has any concerns, especially muscle car fans, with how their car is taking care of upon delivery, need not worry. This is the one thing that really made me very happy. The day I arrived to take delivery, he stood out front with the key, shook my hand and we just laughed as I stood in awe by my car, which was carefully parked at a corner spot. The finance phase was straight forward and just made the end of the whole experience great overall. I hope the service department reflects this level of service when I take the car in for its first and subsequent service visits. This location is a bit out of the way for me, but so far it's been worth the drive. I even gave BJ's card to a coworker who's looking for Jeep. Thank you Dulles Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. More

This was by far the best experience we have had at a car dealer. JC was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the entire team she worked with that I am now going back to look at a vehicle for myself less than a month later. Sure, we already knew about what we wanted, but the process was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience that we have had. It was a no pressure situation from the get-go, which let's be honest, was the biggest plus. Nothing is worse than getting hounded at a car dealership. We found a great vehicle to buy within a half an hour of being there, didn't have to haggle because the price was extremely fair, got good value for our trade in, and drove off in our new jeep and a couple big smiles in less than 4 total hours. Definitely would recommend a visit here if you are looking. Plus the new Jeep Cherokees are Awesome! More
