We've bought a few cars over the years, and our experience with Missy was the best by far. She knows her stuff when it comes to the vehicles, she is really friendly, and we had a great time talking with her. Most people dread car shopping because it can put one in a pretty negative environment, but that wasn't the case at Dulles Motorcars and with Missy. If you are in the market for these makes, go see Missy; you won't be disappointed! Oh... and my Jeep is awesome :) More

Go see Ray Hartley for your next car! My husband and I were in the market for a new car, however, we weren't sure what we wanted exactly. We were all over the map... GM, Jeep, Dodge, Toyo My husband and I were in the market for a new car, however, we weren't sure what we wanted exactly. We were all over the map... GM, Jeep, Dodge, Toyota... we drove them all and had a wide range of experiences with different sales people. This dealership, particularly Ray Hartley (sales), came out leaps and bounds ahead of the competition... allow me explain why: -I came here on a recommendation from a friend. She said Ray was great, talked to HER, not just her husband (and ladies, let's be honest, this does not always happen in car dealerships!) I had the same experience. Ray Hartley was an incredible sales person, very knowledgable and personable. I was the one available to test drive/pick up the cars we were looking at. We were able to take home three different cars overnight for extended test drives so we could see how they actually worked for our family. It took us 3-4 cars and about a week to finally decide on the vehicle. Now, when I say I'm picky.. I mean it. We've had less than stellar car purchasing experiences in the past, so we really take our time on big purchases like this, ask tons of questions, etc. Ray was consistently patient with me as well as flexible with my schedule. Not once did he get frustrated with any of my requests. He was quick to respond and always answered my questions promptly. Obviously he has many clients, however, I really felt like I was his only one since he was so responsive. The first day I was in the shop looking at cars I had one of my children with me and he was great with her, too. (side note: Dulles Motorcars has a nice little playroom for kids, corner room, glass exterior walls with a glass door, so you can work out your deal while your children stay occupied). When we finally decided on our vehicle, negotiating was painless. I worked exclusively with Ray during negotiations as well... none of that gimmicky "let me bring my sales manager in" stuff. Signing papers was easy, Brittany Hendrickson finalized our paperwork and was great to work with as well. No high pressure sales here- Which is so very refreshing! All in all, great experience. I would recommend Ray Hartley at Dulles Motorcars to ANYONE looking to get a great deal on their next car. More

Ray Hartley has personally sold me the past 3 of the 4 cars and has always gone out of his way to answer any questions I had, provide updates, give me the best pricing, and delivered excellent results. I also bring my T&C van in for regular service and enjoy the fair prices and quick turn around of vehicle. I will continue buying from this dealership and highly suggest stopping by if considering a Chrysler vehicle. More

When I submitted a request to be contacted about the vehicle, I received a call from a sales associate; Patrick Davis. I explained To Patrick that I was very serious about purchasing the vehicle, but I wanted to agree on the price before my wife and I got in the car for the long drive to the dealership. He was very professional and courteous over the phone and within a short while we were able to agree on a fair price for the car. I gave him a credit card deposit and drove down to the dealership the next day. My car was cleaned, prepped and ready for a test drive. The paperwork was ready to be signed and I was driving my car home in a short while. A great experience! More

We were able to communicate in person, and through email. I also worked with Brittany Hendrickson in the Finance department; she was able to answer any questions we had and made the financial process quick and painless! Everyone else I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. The dealership itself is in a great location with easy access. Worst purchase experience of my life. At first, I was told a sales manager didn't want to honor the USAA Car Buying Service pre-negotiated price because they could make more money off the At first, I was told a sales manager didn't want to honor the USAA Car Buying Service pre-negotiated price because they could make more money off the deal since it was a rarer car. After complaining, I got them to agree to the pricing. As I waited for a week for the vehicle to be delivered, my sales rep did a horrible job of responding to my inquiries and keeping me updating. I called at least two dozen times, and received less than 5 callbacks despite promised communication - even from a manager. Once there, the purchase process took a few hours (way too long, car wasn't prepared at all) where they nearly robbed me of $995 due to some "miscommunication" - I was seconds from signing the purchase agreement before I noticed their mistake! Did I mention the "documenting fee" is also $695?! How about them lowballing my trade-in for $3,000 less than even CarMax, when it was a fantastic vehicle? Also, the finance office will attempt to rob you even more. They offered a 6 year warranty for $4,000 at first. Their actual cost for this was about $3,100 - but get this, a LIFETIME warranty with the exact same coverage was $3,000 at their cost, and they wanted to sell me a worse warranty for a higher price. I knew how to play the game, and got the finance manager I dealt with pretty flustered once she had to reveal her true pricing. In addition, I was told by my salesman I qualified for a military and USAA rebate... but as it turned out, they both couldn't go together, and they didn't bother making up for any of the difference. The brand new car also had cosmetic damage to it that I didn't notice until I got home, 400 miles away. Of course they will do nothing to help me now that they have my money. But wait, it doesn't end there! They FAILED to handle my tax and tag/title work, and are saying I owe them an extra $250 on top of the taxes when I can handle this myself at my local BMV. And it took days of haggling for them to figure this out, and didn't even call back once they did. More
