Our sales agent Ray Hartley was outstanding and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I felt I paid the price I wanted and he worked with me to take advantage of all deals. Brittany Hendrickson provided clear explanation of all of paperwork and the maintenance option. We actually changed our mind and went with one and may also take the extended warranty.
