I certainly don't remember all of my past experience (except one that was very bad with my son) but this certainly would rank as one of the best if not the best. Our sales agent Ray Hartley was outstanding and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I felt I paid the price I wanted and he worked with me to take advantage of all deals. Brittany Hendrickson provided clear explanation of all of paperwork and the maintenance option. We actually changed our mind and went with one and may also take the extended warranty. Overall an out standing experience. More

I came in to test drive a Dodge Charger on Memorial Day and was told by the salesman Marcos that I wasn't allowed to simply take a vehicle for a test drive because they were too busy with "real customers." When I told him I was planning on buying in the next few days, he told me to come back in a few days when I was ready to buy. I ended up driving 10 miles down the road and buying that day at Fair Oaks. More

Missy went above and beyond to ensure that we were full of the knowledge for the truck we were looking at. Her customer service is bar none and she really made the car buying experience a breeze and a pleasure for us. Missy gave us the information we would need for the financing a head of time so once we got into the dealership to sign the papers the process was very easy and quick. Brittany was a great help on explaining the finance side of it and ensured we were happy with the entire process. These two are a huge asset to this dealership and two employees we highly recommend you deal with. More
