Ultimately I chose the Durango. Throughout the whole process Ray worked with me to find out my wants and needs and lined me up with the vehicle. He made the whole experience about me, and not about trying to sell me specific models or makes. If there wasn't the right vehicle on the lot for me, Ray offered to search for it and go get it. Service The service department you have is wonderful. I came in last Saturday for an oil change and everything was very timely. When I left the valet noticed The service department you have is wonderful. I came in last Saturday for an oil change and everything was very timely. When I left the valet noticed some oil on the floor and had my service advisor call me to come back to have checked. I returned and was taken care of immediately. Come to find out the seal on the filter was torn and I had lost almost 3 quarts of oil. They put on a new filter, filled my oil and gave me a voucher for free detail for having to come back to the dealership. I fully understand that things happen but the team you have in place prevented a potentially expensive repair down the road.
