Service The service department you have is wonderful. I came in last Saturday for an oil change and everything was very timely. When I left the valet noticed The service department you have is wonderful. I came in last Saturday for an oil change and everything was very timely. When I left the valet noticed some oil on the floor and had my service advisor call me to come back to have checked. I returned and was taken care of immediately. Come to find out the seal on the filter was torn and I had lost almost 3 quarts of oil. They put on a new filter, filled my oil and gave me a voucher for free detail for having to come back to the dealership. I fully understand that things happen but the team you have in place prevented a potentially expensive repair down the road. This is the third vehicle I've bought from this dealership (Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep - 1 each). I've had good buying experiences on all; but this one has stands out as the best of the three. Due to Nick's persistence to find us the right vehicle, his insistence on taking the demo home, his willingness to haggle, and just being an all around friendly guy we went with Dulles Jeep.
